- 1/4 cup sugar, or any sweetener you prefer
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup of all-purpose einkorn flour (I like Jovial) or coconut flour
- 2 tbsp ghee (how to make ghee)
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
