  • 1 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp carom seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Water to knead
  • Oil to fry
  • 2 large eggs, boiled
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • Salt & pepper

Method

Mix the flour, salt, soda, and carom seeds. Add the oil and mix with your fingers until it reaches the consistency of coarse sand. Add water, little at a time, and work into a smooth dough.
